Beware the region chip!!!! This is a run of the mill cartridge for a cheap printer with a significant flaw (by design). These come from Lexmark with a chip in them that controls lots of stuff like locking it down when it says there is insufficient toner left (even though your prints are still fine). It should be up to the user to develop streaky prints if they want to or need to. If you are running low on toner, you would often want to complete a print run before running out to get a new cartridge. The second annoying thing is that the chip is encoded for a region (like DVDs). This means that it will not work in Europe if bought in America. I bought one for my mum in the UK and it has caused all kinds of problems. I don't know if refinished cartridges have the same restrictions. It makes me want to avoid all Lexmark printers in the future. No wonder they are cheap; they are trying to screw you on the consumables - razors and razor blades... Order as described. This is a LEXMARK OEM cartridge, not somebody's refill. Works perfect, fast shipping, great price! A+++ Great printer !! Really fast and easy to use. I have been through my fair share of printers... inexpensive ones anyway. And after owning a Brother HL, I switched to the Lexmark E120 because of the price and speed of print jobs. This printer is great for our small office and I have it set up so that all of the faxes my husband receives via his PC spool right to this printer. The printer is fast and the copies are nice and clear. We have had no problems with the printer with the exception of toner cartridges. The last ones I ordered came in sealed plastic bags and when you opened the bags, you had toner EVERYWHERE!! I recommend buying non-refurbished toner cartridges unless you know of a better place to get them than where I got my last ones. I give this printer a 5 star rating because it is inexpensive compared to most laser printers, it is fast, and my husband can use it with no "tech support" from me. Great little printer and we use it alot!
